Align the correct signal

Welcome adventurer! In this room you will have to pick up different dials.
Pick them up to add them to your inventory. And then drag them to use them.
There seems to be a broken signal tower ....
I think there must be a signal console somewhere in this room.
Given the dials and the console I think you can fix the signal tower.
But they will probably have to be rotated the right way...
(S°)eems you will have to figur(E°) out ho(W°) to do that....
Maybe pay good attention to some letters in this text?
